蓝莓是一种大家都比较熟知的水果，因其具有极高的抗氧化性和丰富的营养，被定为“21世纪首选十大健康产品”之一，但超市里小小一盒蓝莓却标着令人咋舌的价格，让想要尝尝鲜的人们望而却步。 凡是跟蓝莓沾上一点关系的食物的价格莫名都会比同种食物的价格高一些，所以很多人都知道蓝莓但又不常吃蓝莓的原因就是它的价格太贵了。蓝莓价格这么贵其实是有原因的，下面小编就来说一下蓝莓价格贵的原因吧。 第一个原因是因为种植蓝莓的难度较大，蓝莓不光是外表看起来高大上，而且的确非常娇贵，对种植的要求很高。蓝莓只有在疏松而且富含有机质的酸性土壤中才能健康生长。其实蓝莓的种植技术并不算复杂，关键在于要像对待花卉一样精心护理，还不能喷农药，但是蓝莓又很容易遭受病虫害。 第二个原因是因为蓝莓的营养价值高，蓝莓曾经是北美原住民眼中的宝贝，是强身健体的营养品。蓝莓富含黄酮类化合物，尤其是花色苷，花色苷是强力抗氧化物质，而且富集在蓝莓皮上。 第三个原因是采摘难度大，蓝莓不像普通的野果那样可以随意采摘，蓝莓采摘的手法很讲究，在采摘的时候不能蹭掉表面的果粉，不然收购价会大打折扣。所以只能请专业的人来采摘，这样就让蓝莓的采摘成本增加了不少。 第四个原因是蓝莓在国内产量比较少，很多人吃到的蓝莓其实并不是国产，因为蓝莓在我国的产量目前来说还比较少，无法满足需求，所以只能外国进口。加上蓝莓本就娇嫩不耐存放，在存放过程中容易受到微生物的污染，出现腐败变质的情况，而且还会有失水现象的发生，降低蓝莓的食物价值，所以价格一直居高不下。 23/12/2019 Baidu.com
