Blueberry breeder Fall Creek Farm & Nursery has hired a Latin American sales manager.

In the role, Jeff Ford will work to increase Lowell, Ore.-based Fall Creek’s sales in Mexico and South America, according to a news release. Ford will be based in the U.S.

Before joining Fall Creek, Ford worked in sales and marketing in South America for Inabata Foods. Before that, he worked for four years for a cherry packer in Chile.

“Jeff Ford brings extensive international experience in the marketing and sales of fresh and processed berries to Fall Creek,” David Schlosberg, Fall Creek’s sales director, said in the release.

“Having Jeff focused on sales and grower support in these regions will help to ensure that we continue to support our growers in achieving maximum success in their blueberry operations in one of the key counter-seasonal blueberry growing regions of the world.”
